High-speed blanking line is a type of plate processing production line suitable for industries such as automotive and steel plate distribution. It is used for uncoiling, cleaning and oiling, leveling, blanking, and stacking of coils. The complete production line consists of a material stack trolley, uncoiling unit, shearing unit, cleaning unit, leveling unit, material arc pit, feeding unit, tail material processing unit, oscillating shear, conveying unit, stacking unit, and safety protection systems. It is suitable for blanking both large and small parts for inner and outer panels. The loading trolley can be configured with 1 set/2 sets working together. At the end of the line, gravity/magnetic stacking of material blanks is adopted, catering to various stacking requirements for different blanks.
Uncoiler: The uncoiler is a support station designed to secure the material coil onto the telescoping spindle of the material rack while supporting the inner diameter of the coil. During automatic operation, the spindle rotates intermittently, unwinding and unrolling the material based on instructions from the material ring control. Below the uncoiler is a curved material storage pit, ensuring there is enough material storage space during high-speed feeding.
Straightener Feeder: This mechanism mainly corrects the material’s fold (length L direction) to flatten its surface and feeds the material into the press at preset lengths and speeds. The leveled sheet material then enters a ground pit, forming a buffer zone (compensation loop) to compensate for the speed difference between the continuous operation of the uncoiling/leveling section and the intermittent motion when entering the blanking and cutting dies.
Micro-Delivery: There is a set of retractable tail material conveying device at the exit end of the feeder. When the tail material reaches the main servo feeder device, the control system prevents the rollers of the micro-feeder from closing, and the front-end feeder rollers are opened, and the feeder rollers at the front end are opened. The feed roller feeds the tail into the mold for production. The tail feeding device has an electric telescopic function. When extending, it is close to the edge of the mold to maximize the utilization of the material width. When retracting, it reaches the outside of the edge of the worktable.
